I am a collector and professional antique dealer specialized in European & Oriental Works of Art.
I already got excited about history when I was a child, and spent all my free time searching for treasures from the past. In 1981 I started to help at professional excavations, it was there where I got the basic knowledge of antiques. After some years I specialized myself in restoring the metal objects found at the excavations. When I was fourteen I bought my first metal detector and started to collect metal objects.
Growing up I got another passion, visiting flea & antique markets, where I used my knowledge and started to collect antiques. To keep collecting I had to sell objects from my personal collection so in 1990 I started to trade in antiques. After opening my own antique business in 1999, a long lasting dream was finally fulfilled.
